Core Engineering, Application Specialist, Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Core Engineering team as an Associate.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to work at the forefront of technology innovation and make significant contributions to the field.

Job Description

As an Associate in our Core Engineering team, you will be responsible for analyzing and resolving application issues, identifying defects and discrepancies, and managing incidents.

  • Work actively with team members to analyze and resolve application issues.
  • Identify defects, discrepancies, and trends by ways of code debugging or log analysis.
  • Manage incidents and effectively communicate with users, application owners, and senior stakeholders across all areas.
  • Improve application stability and performance by observing patterns, recurring failures, and/or issues, and advise application owners on permanent fixes accordingly.
  • Achieve process improvements through automation and streamlined procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions that meet business needs.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of software development experience.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with programming languages such as Java, C, C++, or Python.
  • Familiarity with data structures and algorithms.
