Water and Wastewater treatment or Network Infrastructure experts are sought to join our Sydney team.

Successful candidates will possess excellent relationship-building skills and a passion for contributing to high-performing teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering complex water and wastewater projects for NSW, Australian, and international clients
  • Utilizing technical, project management, and relationship-building skills for proposal delivery, investigations, and technical design projects
  • Developing innovative solutions, preparing technical reports, designs, specifications, and presentations
  • Maintaining strong client relationships throughout project delivery

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

We are looking for individuals with:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, coupled with 5-10 years' experience in water or wastewater treatment or network infrastructure
  • Ability to lead and/or work within multi-disciplinary teams across project lifecycles
  • Strong relationship-building skills, project management skills, and experience in preparing winning proposals
  • Design or planning skills in water/wastewater treatment and network infrastructure, producing technical reports, engineering drawings, specifications, and tender documentation
  • Experience with civil design software and digital design workflows, with plant hydraulics being highly desirable
  • Project management or design management experience, together with a willingness to mentor junior staff
