The Role

You'll support our management team in running the store successfully and efficiently as our Part Time Third in Charge.
Day-to-day, you'll drive and motivate a team of outdoor enthusiasts,
support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in customer service, merchandising, inventory processes, and standards,
take responsibility for store operations in their absence,
and create an enjoyable experience for each customer.

What We're Looking For
  • You have strong retail or customer service experience with sound knowledge of retail operations like stock control and visual merchandising.
  • You love and have experience with retail sales environments and excellent customer service skills.
  • You're adaptable and comfortable working in fast-paced retail environments and can share your genuine passion for our products and business growth with customers and your team.
