About The Role

As an Assistant Store Manager at Bondi Kathmandu, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the successful and efficient running of the store. The role is full time and you must have availability Sunday to Thursday. Day to day you will:

  • Support the Store Manager to operate an effective and profitable store
  • Assist the Store Manager to develop and foster a customer-focused culture through the execution of sales, service, and compliance initiatives
  • Inspire and lead a diverse team of passionate individuals to reach set KPIs and sales targets
  • Support the Store Manager to train, mentor, and coach Team Members to work towards goals and succession planning
  • Create a memorable shopping experience for each and every customer

About You

You will have established experience in a customer-focused role as either a supervisor or assistant manager, preferably in a retail environment. You will have exceptional people and communication skills and have the ability to motivate and rally a team to build sales while supporting a culture of openness, courage, and joyfulness. You will have a proven ability to lead, motivate, and build sales and service through exceptional people management.

You will have demonstrated experience working to targets and KPI's and fostering a high-performance culture and a genuine passion for our products and what we stand for as a business.
