About the Role

  • You will provide personalized care and support based on individual needs and preferences.
  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, community access, and general day-to-day activities.
  • Build meaningful relationships with clients to foster trust and communication.
  • Promote independence and empower individuals to achieve their goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous experience in disability support or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Completed qualification of minimum Certificate III Disability or Individual Support (Ageing and Disability).
  • Current and valid Driver's Licence and insured, reliable car.
  • NDIS Worker Screening clearance or willing to get one.
  • Compassion, empathy, and patience in working with individuals with disabilities.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with a customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage time.
  • Proficiency in use of technology such as smartphones, email, and internet.
