Job Details

Seeking a skilled Heavy Vehicle Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, and a commitment to teamwork and continuous improvement in all aspects of their work.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the hands-on implementation of maintenance, scheduled servicing, inspection, and testing of a diverse range of heavy vehicles and fleet assets. A Certificate III in Automotive Engineering (Heavy Vehicle or Heavy Mobile Plant) is essential, with at least one year of post-trade experience servicing and repairing heavy vehicles highly desirable.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heavy vehicles and plant equipment.
  • Conduct inspections and testing to ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines and organisational policies.
  • Collaborate with the Fleet and Logistics unit to achieve high-quality outcomes.
