Position Overview:

The Executive Assistant Principal role plays a pivotal part in driving the College's educational strategy and overseeing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster an environment of continuous improvement, data-driven decision-making, and best practice.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop, implement, and evaluate strategic teaching and learning objectives.
  • Strengthen connections between the school and parish to promote the Church's evangelising mission.
  • Stay current with local and global educational trends to inform staff development.
  • Oversee the Annual Professional Learning Plan to enhance staff capability.
  • Manage complex pastoral care and discipline matters as required.
  • Lead or support recruitment and selection across various role levels.
  • Assist in developing and executing the College's wellbeing framework.
  • Embark on a journey to cultivate thriving Catholic communities through excellent teaching and learning.

Requirements:

Candidates must have attained, or be pursuing, postgraduate qualifications or a Master's in Leadership, Religion, Theology, or a relevant educational field.
