Key Responsibilities:- Advocacy and Representation: Lead advocacy efforts for Catholic education and represent the sector with credibility and integrity.
- Policymaking: Develop education policy that reflects Catholic values, promotes equity and access, and supports excellence in teaching and learning.
- Collaboration and Partnership: Foster collaboration among Church and education bodies to ensure a unified approach to key priorities.
- Team Development: Cultivate a high-performing, mission-driven team within the NCEC Secretariat.
