Role Overview

The Marketing Business Partner plays a pivotal role in driving impactful marketing initiatives across diverse areas.

This strategic collaborator is responsible for delivering multi-channel campaigns that generate leads and engage clients, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and values.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and execute lead generation campaigns from concept to execution.
  • Develop and launch targeted marketing campaigns that drive high-quality inquiries and conversions.
  • Ensure campaign effectiveness by targeting the right leads, aligning with service capacity and eligibility criteria.
  • Create supporting communications and content, including landing pages, brochures, and email sequences.
  • Monitor campaign performance using CRM and analytics tools, reporting on key performance indicators such as conversion rates and cost per lead.
  • Represent the organisation at events, managing logistics and post-event evaluation to measure engagement and ROI.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience in marketing and communications, with a strong focus on lead generation and campaign delivery.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and business partnering skills.
  • Proficient in CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.
  • Commercially minded with excellent strategic planning and reporting capabilities.
