**Job Opportunity:**

We are seeking a highly organized professional to manage logistics for our field events. This role will involve designing and implementing marketing campaigns, assisting field marketing managers with event planning, and coordinating participants' calendars.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing comprehensive marketing campaigns that drive measurable results
  • Assisting field marketing managers with securing venues and managing supporting logistics for events
  • Managing event scheduling and coordinating participants' calendars
  • Attending field events as needed
  • Facilitating lead gathering and reporting

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing or hospitality/event management
  • Highly organized self-starter with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player with ability to work independently and autonomously
  • Flexibility to adjust to the dynamic nature of a startup and willingness to do more than expected
  • Prior experience in Salesforce CRM and Marketo marketing automation preferred
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Some travel required
