efm Logistics is the largest 4PL provider in Australia & NZ, designing, building, managing, and providing integrated, optimized supply chain solutions.Due to successful growth, we are seeking a solution-focused, curious, and analytical Major Account Manager to join our high-performing, customer-centric Service Delivery Team in Pyrmont.As a Major Account Manager at efm, you will partner with customers to find solutions and deliver efficiencies within their supply chain.
You will develop a deep understanding of customer requirements within your dedicated portfolio and provide valuable insights that help navigate the complexities of the logistics environment and solve problems quickly.Learn more about the role from one of our Account Managers here: Key responsibilities include:Building strong, long-lasting relationships with customers at multiple levelsContacting customers regularly to ensure clarity on projects and timelinesProviding operational assistance with an onsite presenceDriving continuous improvement from a business perspective, demonstrating understanding of customer and market insights, including strategic consultancyDelivering a superior experience to improve our NPS resultsEnsuring the best logistics experience across all supply chain aspects to retain and extend accountsProviding insightful reports and analysis on solution performance and efficiency opportunitiesRequired experience:Minimum of 2 years in an Account or Project Management role, preferably in Supply Chain ManagementStrong process orientation, especially in relationship managementDeep understanding of business driversProven skills in analysis, problem-solving, decision-making, and negotiationAbility to navigate complex logistics scenarios and identify optimal solutionsPassion for delivering a superior customer experienceSolution-oriented mindsetEnjoyment of working in a fast-paced, challenging environmentWhy join efm Logistics?
