Reporting Analyst Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Reporting Analyst to join our team and contribute to the development of reporting solutions that drive business success.

  • Prior experience supporting delivery teams, Agile transformations, or product operations through data-driven insights is highly valued.
  • Strong expertise in building effective dashboards using EazyBI, including MDX formulas, custom calculations, and user-friendly visualisations.
  • Data analysis and interpretation skills: ability to extract meaningful patterns from complex Jira data and turn them into actionable business insights.
  • Flow metrics knowledge: strong understanding of flow-based delivery metrics (cycle time, lead time, WIP etc.) and their application to Agile, Lean, and Kanban delivery models.
