The Role

We are seeking a high-performing and passionate recruitment professional to join our team as a Lead Recruitment Consultant in the construction and engineering space. As an established desk, you will be responsible for:

  • Actively engaging with existing and prospective clients
  • Managing your own database of candidates and engaging new candidates using our recruitment methodology
  • Consulting with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process, focusing on delivery and results
  • Continuously growing your desk and seeking out new opportunities to gain market share and increase revenue
  • Adding to the company culture and helping shape the business for the future
  • Attending networking and industry functions to become part of your industry
  • Driving social media presence and engagement for yourself, your network, and ECi Executive as a business
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in external white-collar recruitment
  • Exposure to the construction, mining, engineering, civil, infrastructure, IT, or HR sectors
  • Confidence in building professional relationships with high-profile clients and candidates
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • A proven background as a team player
  • The ability to work independently and in a versatile environment alongside a tight-knit team
  • Motivation by your own performance and team success
  • An optimistic attitude with high standards for yourself
