**Job Title:** Senior Recruitment Consultant

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing and attracting top-quality candidates for various positions and growing existing and new business. You will work closely with clients and candidates, understanding their recruitment requirements, and providing them with tailored staffing solutions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Deliver white-collar service across our Engineering and Mining clients for both Contract and Perm markets.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their recruitment needs, and providing expert advice.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for White Collar positions.
  • Drive effective Business Development strategies to increase sales and new client opportunities.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews, reference checks, and skills evaluations.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified clients and candidates for current and future opportunities.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients and candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient delivery of recruitment services.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and market intelligence to effectively advise clients and candidates.

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant with a white-collar background.
  • Fundamental knowledge of recruitment processes, policies, and regulations.
  • Proven track record in sourcing and attracting candidates for a variety of roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional client and candidate experiences.
