Job Title

Compassionate Caregiver

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled caregiver to provide exceptional support to individuals with acquired spinal cord injuries in their homes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Personal Support: Assist clients with daily living activities, including grooming, bathing, dressing, and personal care
  • Transfer Assistance: Safely transfer clients between bed and wheelchair using hoists as required
  • Domestic Support: Provide assistance with meal preparation, household duties, and laundry
  • Community Access: Drive clients to appointments and social activities
Key Qualifications:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent listening skills and authentic communication
  • Flexibility: Ability to work a fixed fortnightly roster (morning, afternoons, evenings, and overnights available)
  • Transportation: Hold a current driver's license and have access to a reliable vehicle
  • Screening and Clearances: Possess NDIS Workers Screening and Blue Cards
  • Experience or Qualifications: Relevant experience or qualifications in the field
