Overview

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of others? We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Casual Contracted - Support Workers to join our team. Proficiency in English is essential to effectively communicate with participants and deliver care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing support and assistance to individuals with disabilities in accordance with their NDIS plans
  • Assisting participants with daily tasks and activities
  • Supporting individuals with mental health challenges in a respectful and empathetic manner
  • Building rapport and fostering positive relationships with participants and their families
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of support provided
Requirements
  • Certificate III in Individual Support and/or Disability equivalent qualification, also AIN, EEN, RN
  • Current and valid NDIS worker screening check (mandatory)
  • Proven experience working with individuals with behaviours of concern and mental health conditions
  • Strong understanding of NDIS principles and guidelines
  • Compassionate and patient approach to supporting individuals with diverse needs
  • A current Australian Driver Licence
  • Maintaining a current Blue Card
  • Willing to obtain National Police Check completed in the last 3 months
  • First aid and CPR certificate
  • Completed NDIS Workers Orientation online modules
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
