Rehabilitation State Manager | Lead Operations in the Northern Territory

Our company seeks a highly skilled leader to manage our operations in the Northern Territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and work as part of a knowledgeable, multi-disciplinary team.
  • Oversee the team's day-to-day delivery of rehabilitation services, ensuring consistently timely, value-laden and customer-focused service delivery.
  • Drive operational performance deliverables, including customer performance outcomes, revenue growth, and customer engagement.
  • Work with the wider management team to establish and execute an ambitious strategic growth plan.
  • Act as lead point of contact for Workers Compensation scheme insurers and agents.
Requirements:
  • Occupational rehabilitation experience (4 years preferred).
  • People management experience (2 years preferred).
  • Current accreditation/membership as an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor, or Psychologist.
  • Strong current Workers Compensation knowledge.
  • A genuine commitment to driving continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage operational/financial requirements of a growing team.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude, and positive approach.
  • Current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check.
