Fuse Recruitment is seeking a highly driven and motivated Insurance Broker Assistant to join our team. As an Insurance Broker Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting brokers in maintaining and servicing a varied portfolio of commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist brokers in maintaining and servicing a varied portfolio of commercial clients
  • Respond to client and underwriter queries
  • Negotiate renewals and quotations for a variety of clients and policies
  • Process new business, renewals, endorsements/amendments
  • Provide and follow up on new business & renewal quotations
  • Respond to client enquiries and build relationships

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience as an assistant account executive
  • Tier 1 or 2 Broking qualification
  • Commercial or domestic insurance product knowledge
  • Demonstrate outstanding verbal and written communication
  • The ability to prioritise work tasks within specific time frames
  • A commitment to exceptional client service and quality advice
  • A friendly disposition and a commitment to being part of a team environment
  • Knowledge of Winbeat & Sunrise, SCTP products and various online insurer platforms is highly desired
