We are seeking a Venue Manager to lead our team in Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain inventory levels, place orders, and optimize stock to minimize waste and maintain cost-effectiveness.
  • Adhere strictly to health and safety guidelines for a secure environment.
  • Drive profitability and achieve performance targets.
  • Nurture strong relationships with suppliers and partners.

About You:

  • A minimum of 2-5 years of hospitality experience.
  • Previous supervisory or managerial experience in the fast-food industry.
  • Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and inspire diverse teams.
  • Prior success with achieving performance metrics and driving profitability.
