About the Role

The Senior Business Transformation Analyst will play a critical role in a transformational Oracle stabilization project at Nova Systems. This project aims to establish a baseline for how our system operates, identifying opportunities for system changes and improvements. As a key member of the team, you will provide analysis to facilitate our decision-making process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze current state processes following the implementation of Oracle HCM and ERP modules.
  • Develop graphical models of business processes to facilitate understanding and decision-making.
  • Lead process analysis, validation, and verification, ensuring that process maps and statements are complete, consistent, concise, comprehensible, traceable, feasible, unambiguous, and verifiable.
  • Elicit process information by accessing published training materials and product information, and using interviews with process owners and users.
  • Develop appropriate documentation to serve as work instructions for the processes and to assist with the development of training materials that can be published to users.
  • Collect and analyze change requests and improvement suggestions to produce high-quality technical, functional, and business requirements to inform the development roadmap.
  • Facilitate requirements prioritization based on business value and benefit realization.
  • Suggest areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions.
  • Assist the Business Operations team to embed the Oracle HCM and ERP solution, to improve efficiency and reduce process friction with other areas of the business.
  • Manage changes to requirements and processes with effective change control processes and tools.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud applications is essential.
  • Advanced skills in using Business Process Mapping (BPM) tools.
  • Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts is highly desirable.
