Senior Environmental Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Environmental Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in environmental management and experience leading projects.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Overseeing and managing projects to ensure high-quality work delivery on time and budget;
- Mentoring and growing the team;
- Developing client relationships;
- Contributing to business development;
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A tertiary degree in environmental science, environmental engineering or similar field;
- 10-20+ years' experience in a consultancy environment;
- Relevant technical experience in environmental disciplines such as ecology, botany, zoology or approvals/impact assessments;
- Strong project management skills;
- Local experience working on projects in WA;
- Able to mentor and guide junior staff members;
- Good interpersonal skills including a positive and adaptable attitude.
