Maternity Ward Nursing Team Lead Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nursing Team Lead in the Maternity Ward. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled nurse to lead and inspire a team of nurses to deliver high-quality patient care.
The successful candidate will have a minimum 5 years postgraduate experience within maternity and birthing, with a focus on leading and coordinating a team of clinical professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- SUPPORT AND CONTRIBUTE TO PLANNING, IMPLEMENTING, AND EVALUATING CARE PRACTICES, PROCESSES, AND SERVICES
- ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH POLICIES, PROCEDURES, AND LEGISLATIVE REQUIREMENTS TO UPHOLD BEST PRACTICES
- COLLABORATE WITH THE MATERNITY TEAM TO ACHIEVE EXCELLENCE IN CARE DELIVERY
- LEAD AND INSPIRE A DEDICATED TEAM OF NURSES TO DELIVER HIGH-QUALITY PATIENT CARE
This is a full-time or part-time role where you will lead our afternoon shift from 6:30 pm to 7 am on a rotating roster.
