P & C Operations Team Leader - Leadership and Guidance

About the Role
The P & C Operations Team Leader is a critical position within Respect Aged Care, responsible for leading the People & Culture Operations team and delivering exceptional service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership and Development: Provide guidance, coaching, and support to the team, fostering a continuous learning culture and ensuring team members receive development in line with role requirements and personal ambitions.
- Advice and Support: Offer timely and accurate advice to leaders and employees on People & Culture queries, industrial instruments, policies, procedures, and systems.
- Reporting and Compliance: Collect and provide relevant information and statistics to demonstrate the efficient and effective running of the HR Operations team.
Requirements
- Essential: Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or experience in human resources, business administration, or a related field; experience in supervising, leading, coaching, and mentoring; and working knowledge of employee/industrial relations, people analytics, and reporting.
- Desirable: Experience in Aged Care and/or healthcare settings, change and communications, and organisational effectiveness.
