Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our close-knit team. This pivotal role requires strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and a customer-centric approach. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will serve as the liaison between customers and installers, ensuring seamless communication and efficient job scheduling.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone or email, providing clear and concise information.
- Confirm installation bookings in a timely manner to meet customer expectations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for installations, ensuring all necessary details are included.
- Process invoices and payments efficiently, maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Competency in MS Suite applications, including proficiency in data entry and attention to detail.
- The ability to quickly learn our in-house CRM system and adapt to new processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to work calmly under pressure.
- A keen interest in customer service and administration, with a willingness to participate in ongoing training and development.
