This role involves proactively resolving customer complaints related to logistics, providing visibility on backorders, and timely managing returns across the order-to-payment journey.
The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of logistics processes, functional knowledge of SAP systems, and excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Main Responsibilities- Resolve customer care notifications and feedback related to logistics.
- Process returns and collaborate with the Warehouse team for efficient completion of activities.
- Utilize systems to record actions taken and characteristics of orders identified as potential failures.
- Communicate on back-order management strategies.
- Support Account Managers on logistics-related inquiries.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Solid knowledge of SAP systems is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Functional knowledge of logistics processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strong PC skills including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Awareness of logistics process operations.
- Proficiency in using system tools.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time efficiently.
