Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional customer experiences across our operations.

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide top-notch customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers. Key areas of responsibility include:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Providing excellent customer service to all customers, both in person and over the telephone
  • Promoting our services and programs to customers and accepting bookings and enrolments
  • Developing and maintaining good working relations with customers
  • Promoting and exercising good public relations at all times

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for passionate and friendly individuals who enjoy delivering outstanding customer experiences and making a lasting impression.

We value positive, friendly, helpful, and energetic work styles. Computer literacy and familiarity with software packages and point-of-sale systems are essential. Experience in the leisure industry is desirable but not necessary. A current First Aid Certificate (Workplace Level 2), CPR Certificate, Police Check, and Working with Children Check are also required.
