Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Fulfilment Operations Manager to support our day-to-day pharmacy operations, manage inventory, and develop plans to ensure successful project execution and logistics optimisation.

About the Role

  • Support the General Manager - Pharmacy Operations and assigned projects.
  • Create comprehensive project plans, timelines, and milestones.
  • Lead and coordinate project activities with cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain open communication channels to monitor project progress and identify potential risks.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Warehouse teams to streamline processes and improve productivity.
  • Develop and implement inventory control procedures to minimize stock discrepancies.
  • Analyse data and market trends to drive process improvements and cost optimisation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in pharmacy operations management or similar field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
