We are seeking a skilled Business Transformation Specialist to spearhead the development and implementation of strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and driving business growth.

  • Promote widespread adoption of transformative tools and frameworks across departments, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Culture & Engagement
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages creativity, ownership, and mutual support.
  • Establish safe spaces for experimentation, learning from failure, and celebrating successes, driving a culture of continuous improvement.
Technology Integration
  • Collaborate seamlessly with digital and technical teams to embed technology into transformation initiatives, harnessing the power of data analytics, automation, and digital twins.
  • Support the deployment of cutting-edge technologies, driving process efficiency and enhancing overall business performance.
Site Engagement
  • Travel regularly to operational sites to provide guidance, training, and support, ensuring seamless integration and momentum.
  • Facilitate workshops and improvement sessions on-site, promoting alignment and collaboration among stakeholders.

About You:

  • Hold a degree in Engineering, Finance, or Commerce, with an MBA being advantageous.
  • Boast over 10 years of experience in Six Sigma, Lean, Agile, and constraint modeling, coupled with advanced data science and analytics expertise.
  • Demonstrate proven success in developing and implementing business improvement frameworks, systems, and procedures.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and a strong track record of delivering impactful business transformation initiatives.
