Are you a skilled financial analyst looking for a new challenge? We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Financial Analyst - Property Lending.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with complex financial data, analyze market trends and provide valuable insights to our clients. As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Completing financial modelling and analysis for property development and investment transactions;
  • Preparing credit submissions for new facilities and coordinating deal execution through documentation and funding;
  • Covenant monitoring analysis, facility term extensions and annual reviews for existing clients.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience writing and analyzing credit transactions, as well as completing annual reviews and reporting, ideally within commercial and/or corporate banking or experience at a legal firm or accounting practice;
  • Client service experience ideally in a corporate, commercial or business banking environment;
  • Highly developed financial analysis and modelling skills;
  • The ability to quickly grasp complex transactionscredit risk experience; and
  • Tertiary related qualifications in Business, or related discipline would be highly regarded.
