Maintenance managers play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of strata corporations. As a key member of our team, you will assist with various tasks to maintain the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process quotations for property maintenance
  • Liaise with trades for work orders
  • Provide administrative support as required

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong understanding of the strata industry and/or relevant admin/property management experience (ideally in a maintenance role)
  • Commitment to learning, growth and progress within a collaborative environment
  • Excellent communication and computer skills
