Systems and Compliance Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Systems and Compliance Officer to join our team at MyneSight. As a key member of our centralised team, you will play a critical role in supporting our rapidly growing RTO to establish, maintain and continuously improve quality processes, systems and learner support.
Key Responsibilities- Assist learners with technical and eLearning support inquiries using our training system aXcelerate and Helpdesk.
- Maintain and improve MyneSight systems, including the website, aXcelerate, PowerBI, and other tools.
- Administer online training programs and inductions, ensuring seamless delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Analyse training and financial data, preparing reports to inform business decisions.
- Develop and maintain dashboards in PowerBI, providing actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Update RTO documents as requested, including electronic forms, templates, and user guides.
- Maintain student tablets and other electronic training aids, ensuring they are up-to-date and functional.
- Train and support MyneSight's trainers and assessors, as well as fellow team members, on the use of our systems and processes.

You will have a passion for systems and technology, and a desire to continue growing your career in this area.
