
Multidisciplinary Sonography Specialist

This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a multidisciplinary healthcare environment providing patient-centred care.
Job Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance of equipment and record appropriate study images.
- Manage administrative duties such as data entry and recording of anomalies in patient notes.
- Participate in clinical trials and triage request forms and tests.
- Interact with wards and units in stressful situations.
- Diploma of Medical Ultrasound (Cardiac) or equivalent and current ASAR accreditation.
- Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent.
- Ability to perform echocardiographic studies and report findings effectively.
- Effective communication skills for emergency situations.
- Interpersonal and organizational skills for working in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Salary Classification: Cardiac Technologist Grade 2, Year 1-3.
- Remuneration: $51.23-$56.69 per hour + superannuation + annual leave loading + salary packaging options + RDOs.
