The successful candidate will ensure all payroll transactions are in compliance with statutory, accounting, and financial standards while driving innovation and efficiency in global payroll processes.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver complex Balance Sheet Reconciliations across multiple data sources to drive financial accuracy.
  • Provide expert accounting support for payroll systems and interfaces to guarantee seamless operations.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between finance and payroll teams globally to foster collaboration.
  • Lead month-end close activities ensuring accurate reporting of employee costs and statutory payments to facilitate timely decision-making.
  • Drive continuous improvement and automation in payroll accounting processes across geographies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Support budgeting, variance analysis, and compliance with tax, superannuation, and leave provisions to maintain regulatory adherence.
  • Collaborate with our BPO team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
