Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Caretaker and Grounds Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for maintaining the grounds and gardens of residential properties in the inner Melbourne and Bayside area.

You will work primarily outdoors, ensuring that gardens and grounds are well-maintained, safe, and enjoyable for residents. Your tasks may include using power tools and garden machinery, performing simple repairs and maintenance tasks, observing and reporting any issues with the building or grounds, and cleaning indoor common areas.
