Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned Grounds and Property Maintenance Specialist to join our organization in Melbourne, Australia. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the grounds and property are well-maintained and visually appealing.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance of lawns, gardens, and other outdoor areas
  • Operation of equipment such as lawnmowers, leaf blowers, and hedge trimmers
  • Weeding, trimming, mowing, edging, pruning hedges and shrubs
  • Conduct general maintenance duties such as cleaning walkways, fixing fountains, and other tasks
  • Uphold the landscaping design and ensure plant growth
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong communication skills with colleagues and clients
  • Ability to tow a trailer
  • Experience using power tools / operating machinery
  • Well-developed time management and organizational skills
  • General handyman tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Manual driver's license
  • Valid Police Check within 12 months

Working Conditions:

Casual position working Monday to Friday, day shift

Note:

This role requires reliable transportation or relocation to Melbourne, VIC before starting work
