We're seeking an experienced and skilled Demi Chef to join our vibrant kitchen team at a leading alpine hotel, offering a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Job Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience working as a Demi Chef in a similar environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • The ability to work effectively under pressure in a dynamic kitchen environment
  • A strong passion for delivering exceptional food and service standards
Key Responsibilities:
  • Anticipate and attend to guests' needs and desires promptly
  • Liaise with the Chef de Partie to formulate daily priorities and ensure seamless kitchen operations
  • Work efficiently in the kitchen as directed, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
  • Minimise waste and maintain a clean and safe working area at all times
  • Assist in training and development of junior staff members
  • Act on behalf of the Chef de Partie when absent from the kitchen
  • Perform general or specialised cooking duties, butchering, baking, or pastry cooking tasks, or supervise and train other cooks and kitchen employees
  • Ensure compliance with established standard operating procedures and hotel policies
  • Contribute to a positive and productive work environment
  • Maintain a high level of personal grooming and adherence to hotel standards
