Project Supervisor Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Supervisor to join our team.

Job Summary:

  • This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with excellent project management skills to lead and coordinate various projects.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily activities, ensuring work is executed according to business priorities (HSE, quality, schedule, and budget) and contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract management and budget oversight for subcontractors
  • Adherence to commercial agreements and relationship management with subcontractors
  • Understanding subcontractor's scope of work: contract specifications, drawings, and schedules
  • Acting as primary point of contact and resolving problems with subcontractors
  • Identifying risks and opportunities, developing mitigation plans, and escalating critical issues
  • Supervising daily activities and ensuring work is executed according to business priorities (HSE, quality, schedule, and budget) and contractual requirements
  • Issuing non-compliance reports to subcontractors and monitoring activities
  • Providing progress reports on HSE, quality, schedule, and budget
  • Managing change management process, claims with subcontractors, timesheets, progress, and invoicing
  • Attending weekly meetings with subcontractors and issuing minutes of meetings
  • Maintaining relevant subcontractor documentation as per the contract

Requirements:

  • Diploma in electrical or mechanical engineering, or a related field
  • Ability to drive project success with a focus on HSE, quality, schedule, and budget
  • Previous experience in Construction Management
  • Collaborative team player with a customer- and people-oriented approach, accountable, and solution-driven
  • Proactive mindset in anticipating challenges and delivering strategic problem-solving solutions
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and excellent communication skills
