We are seeking an experienced administration professional to join our client's high-performing project team as a Mobilisation/Travel Coordinator. This is an initial 4-month contract with the possibility of extension.
Key Responsibilities- Administration Support: Provide detailed preparation and recording of internal and external correspondence, ensuring high standards of administration and best practice across the project.
- Travel Coordination: Coordinate all aspects of worker travel, including booking flights, accommodation, and ground transportation using the SERKO software.
- Communication and Support: Serve as the main point of contact for workers regarding travel arrangements, providing guidance and assistance as needed.
- Project Administration: Set and maintain administration standards and best practice across the project.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with all levels, both verbally and in writing.
- Organisational and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and work independently to organise and prioritise demands.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills.
- Technical Skills: Experience using SharePoint and/or JobPac software applications, and the Microsoft Office suite.
