About the Role

McConnell Dowell Constructors Aust. Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Travel and Accommodation Administrator to support a FIFO Water Pipeline project in our South Brisbane Office on a 6-month contract term.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide vital administrative support to the team and ensure the smooth coordination of all aspects of travel and mobilisation.
  • Coordinate internal and external correspondence, including detailed preparation and recording.
  • Book flights, accommodation, and ground transportation for workers.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for workers regarding travel arrangements, providing guidance and assistance as needed.
  • Set and maintain administration standards and best practice across the project.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Detailed preparation and recording of internal and external correspondence.
  • Coordinate all aspects of worker travel, including booking flights, accommodation, and ground transportation.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for workers regarding travel arrangements, providing guidance and assistance as needed.
  • Setting and maintaining administration standards and best practice across the project.
