Speech Pathologist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Pathologist to join our team in delivering Allied Health support across various locations in Australia.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload and deliver therapeutic services efficiently
  • Provide speech pathology services within schools, homes, and the community
  • Develop individualized treatment goals based on clinical observations and standardized assessments
  • Implement evidence-based interventions to improve quality of life
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Mentor graduates and early career clinicians (for senior roles)
  • Stay informed of current NDIS legislation to ensure compliance

Requirements:

  • Current certified membership with Speech Pathology Australia
  • Experience as a Speech Pathologist beyond graduation
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills for managing a varied caseload
  • A proactive attitude motivated by growth and learning
  • A desire to work in a fun, collaborative, and supportive environment
