Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have the following key responsibilities:

  • Managing an allocated caseload and delivering timely therapeutic services
  • Providing speech pathology services within schools, homes, and the community
  • Using clinical observations and assessments to set individualized treatment goals
  • Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance participants' lives
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
  • Mentoring graduates and early-career clinicians (for senior clinicians)
  • Maintaining awareness of current NDIS legislation to ensure compliance
Requirements

To be considered suitable for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Current certified membership with Speech Pathology Australia
  • Experience as a Speech Pathologist beyond graduation
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • A proactive attitude motivated by improvement and learning
  • A desire to work in a fun, collaborative, and supportive environment
  • A genuine passion for working in the disability sector
