Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing an allocated caseload and delivering timely therapeutic services.
  • Providing speech pathology services within schools, homes, and the community.
  • Using clinical observations and assessments to set individualized treatment goals.
  • Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance participants' lives.
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Mentoring graduates and early-career clinicians (for senior clinicians).
  • Maintaining awareness of current NDIS legislation to ensure compliance.
Requirements

To be considered suitable, you will have:

  • Current certified membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
  • Experience as a Speech Pathologist beyond graduation.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • A proactive attitude motivated by improvement and learning.
  • A desire to work in a fun, collaborative, and supportive environment.
  • A genuine passion for working in the disability sector.
