Job Title: Operations Management Specialist - Fertilizer Industry

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Operations Manager to join our team in Dandenong. As a key member of our operations department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient storage and dispatch capacity at our terminal.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our internal and external teams to drive operational excellence and align with our strategic growth ambitions. You will have a proven track record of managing complex operations, developing and implementing process improvements, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.
