Job Description

We are seeking a customer-focused professional to provide exceptional support to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong focus on customer service, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key responsibilities include assisting clients with platform inquiries, helping with product navigation, answering phone calls and emails, and processing web forms in a timely manner.

Additionally, you will liaise with product teams to provide valuable customer feedback for improvements and log, track, update, and resolve all service requests from clients.

As a subject matter expert, you will provide proactive and timely progress and status updates to clients, contributing to a positive business relationship.
