Responsibilities:

  • Operate various machines with precision and accuracy.
  • Setup machines for production cycles, including calibration and cleaning.
  • Control and adjust machine settings for optimal performance.
  • Feed raw materials or parts into semi-automated machines.
  • Inspect parts using measuring tools.
  • Troubleshoot and address issues during the shift.
  • Maintain records of approved and defective units.
  • Keep detailed activity logs.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven experience in a machine operating role.
  • Working knowledge of diverse machinery and measurement tools.
  • Understanding of production procedures.
  • Adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to follow direction and work independently.
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
