Port Operations Administration Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our shore-based team, you will play a vital role in the safe and efficient operation of our ports in NSW.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the main point of contact for crew regarding operational administration and general support.
- Maintain compliance with crew certifications, inductions, and training requirements.
- Support the onboarding of new crew, including arranging PPE and verifying completion of all required inductions and documentation for site access.
- Manage site vehicle needs, including novated lease arrangements and fuel card coordination.
- Process crew timesheets to support accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, events, and site visits for operational staff and stakeholders.
- Maintain stock levels of office supplies, stationery, and other operational support materials.
- Process purchase orders and ensure accurate invoice coding and tracking.
- Proven experience in operational administration and support.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
