Join our search for an Employment Consultant to support individuals with disabilities in finding employment opportunities.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be empathetic and solution-focused, and have a passion for making a positive impact on people's lives.

Key responsibilities include identifying and securing employment opportunities for participants, supporting them to develop the necessary skills to become job-ready, and delivering high-quality service while adhering to contractual and compliance requirements.

This role is ideal for individuals who are driven, motivated, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

We welcome applications from people of all ages, nationalities, abilities, and cultures including indigenous peoples, the LGBTQI+ community and people with a disability.

  • Eligibility to work in Australia

  • A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle

  • A MyGovID (Standard level)

  • Willing to complete a National Police Check

  • Able to pass a Working with Children Check

  • Available to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
