Lead Mixologist

We are seeking an accomplished mixologist to join our dynamic team at 25hours Hotel The Olympia in Sydney.

This exceptional individual will be responsible for crafting creative cocktails, beers, and other beverages that showcase their expertise and passion for the craft.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bartending, with a focus on quality, attention to detail, and providing exceptional customer service.

Maintaining a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment, is also essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Craft and serve innovative cocktails, beers, and other beverages to guests.
  • Provide excellent customer service, including greeting guests, taking orders, and handling payments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in large Food & Beverage operations within premium and luxury establishments.
  • Familiarity with the Sydney market and its unique drinking culture.
  • High level of written and spoken Business English.
  • Strong creative and design skills.
