Bar Service Specialist

We seek a highly skilled and experienced bar staff member to deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to the success of our hotel's beverage operations.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve premium beverages to guests in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to meet the needs of diverse customers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented bar area that adheres to health and safety standards.
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a positive work environment.
- A valid RSA certificate and a current visa to work in Australia.
- Prior experience in cocktail bars or similar establishments.
- Excellent presentation, punctuality, and responsibility skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with colleagues and customers.
- Wine and cocktail knowledge to make informed recommendations to guests.
- Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
