Job Title: Utility Vehicle and Concrete Equipment Specialist

This role involves working with aftermarket support for technical needs of utility vehicles, concrete pumping equipment, transportation equipment, stackers and water tanks. The position will have the excitement of being involved in new equipment going to market and supporting the current fleet operational.

The key responsibilities of this role include providing technical support to customers, both internal and external. This involves advising and giving feedback to the factory based on customer feedback, training clients, commissioning equipment, repairing and maintaining equipment, and conducting on-site inspections.

The successful candidate will be responsible for root cause analysis of parts that are failing in the field, inputting warranty claims, liaising with sales teams, factory engineering, supply chain and customers, and installation of modification kits.
